DESCRIPTION

Also part of the Day Estate, and in one of the oldest parts of Kensington, this garden may have been frequented by another significant literary figure, Sir James Barrie, author of Peter Pan.  During World War II many American soldiers were stationed in the area and used this garden to play baseball. Today the private garden is immaculately kept with mature shrubs and trees.
